This six month, one-to-one coaching journey is designed specifically for women entrepreneurs who are ready to lead from a place of alignment, clarity, and self-trust. Through deep coaching, reflection, and nature-based practices, we’ll create the space for you to breathe again, get clear on your vision, and reconnect with the reason you started this journey in the first place.

We’ll explore the internal stories and survival patterns that are holding you back, things like people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the fear of being fully seen, and gently begin to release them. Then we’ll co-create a new story: one that’s rooted in your truth, your desires, and your definition of success.

As your guide, I bring a grounded presence, deep intuition, and lived experience. I’ve walked this road. I know what it means to burn out from doing too much for too long, and what it takes to rise from that place with grace and strength. You won’t just shift your business here. You’ll shift your life.
